"A prompt and very comfortable journey to and from London today. It was an extremely hot day and the driver endeavoured to keep everyone as cool and comfortable as possible. He was very helpful in assisting with large luggage items and also passengers that required extra support. Safety was paramount and we were ushered to the correct entrance/exits accordingly based on which side the traffic was flowing. Overall, a pleasant journey and I will most definitely book again!"
